Small Craft Warning Uber Pils
"Uber Pils" is a neologism for a hoppy pale strong lager (the hops, German, Czech, and American.). Risking style police approbation, one might say a hoppy helles bock. 7% alcohol-by-volume, Brewed by Heavy Seas.

Lyon Hall Brasserie hosted a beer-pairing slam with Heavy Seas Brewing (of Baltimore, Maryland). Each of the evening’s four courses —prepared by executive chef Liam LaCivita and chef de cuisine Andy Bennett— was paired with both a Heavy Seas beer —chosen by the brewery’s local representative— and another beer selected by the restaurant’s beer director. Diners voted for their preferences.
