KEYVAN PEYMANI

Keyvan Peymani is the managing director of the digital strategy division at ICM Partners. Previously he served as Vice President of Direct-to-Consumer Business Planning and Operations at Warner Bros., where he led strategy, operations, planning and development for the DTC division within digital distribution. He also oversaw the Media Manufacture on Demand, Mobile Applications and Out My Window business lines and worked on industry leading forays into the first fully digital movie application, the first screenings of movies through Facebook and the acquisition of Flixster. He served as the head of content acquisitions for catalogue content and led the wholesales efforts at Netflix; he led alternative business development for Disney’s music group; and he was the Chief Operating Officer at Nettwerk Music Group. Mr. Peymani began his career leading his own new media company and has advised Fortune 100 companies around the world. He currently serves on the faculty of USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.

He works with distributors, producers and sales companies to devise innovative marketing campaigns and is a leading industry expert on how set-top box, Internet, cable/​satellite, mobile, tablet, retail and traditional media work together; and how to make the most of real-time data alongside creative optimization to ensure maximum return throughout the entertainment release life cycle.

BONNIE VOLAND
HEAD OF WORLDWIDE MARKETING & PUBLICITY, IM GLOBAL
Bonnie Voland joined IM Global at its inception in 2007. She heads Worldwide Marketing and Publicity for all company divisions as well as corporate publicity, and oversees film festival and market participation. Before IM Global Voland founded B. Voland International, a publicity, marketing, sales, and awards consulting company. Clients included First Look, Island Pictures, and New Line. Before that she ran international publicity at Disney’s BVI, handling such releases as Who Framed Roger RabbitDead Poet’s Society, and Pretty Woman. Prior to Disney, Voland was the Senior Publicist at The Samuel Goldwyn Company; ran the press office at TIFF; was a journalist in Paris; and an actress in NY. Voland is a member of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences.

As Director of Sales & Marketing, Julie Dansker heads up the Sales & Marketing team driving the digital (iTunes, Amazon, Xbox, Vudu, Google Play etc.), cable (Comcast, Time Warner, Verizon, AT&T), satellite (Dish, DirecTV), airline, hospitality, non-theatrical sales and marketing for all our titles. Julie came to The Orchard from MGM Studios where she spearheaded the worldwide global strategy for all of MGM’s new film releases, acquisition titles, TV series and library content. Previously she has worked at Spyglass Entertainment, New Line Cinema and William Morris Endeavor.

Eric B. Stein is a leading digital media distribution and licensing executive. He has been at the forefront of digital conversion, having held positions with major Tech and major studio bodies. His previous posts include: Content Licensing and Business Development at CinemaNow, Digital Entertainment Services at HP, and Sales, Programming and Acquisitions at Warner Bros. Eric has expertise and experience on both sides of the negotiation table with an emphasis in licensing music, film and TV rights in digital distribution platforms ranging from cable, satellite, OTT, Consoles, mobile and hotels.
